As a result, it is piled up and scattered on roads badly. The uncollected garbage stinks and the foul smell fills the air. The rotten garbage is a breeding ground of mosquitoes and flies. When they are all around, diseases are not far behind. A few cases of cholera and malaria have already been reported in the local media. Our appeals to the municipality were in vain.
